Franklin Grove Living and Rehabilitation Center is seeking caring and compassionate Dietary Manager to join our team. We are a 132 bed skilled nursing facility in Franklin Grove, IL - only 10 miles East of Dixon, 45 miles SW of Rockford, and 15 miles SW of Rochelle. Our facility is home to a State of the Art Therapy Gym with private Medicare suites, Bistro, and Private Dining Area. The Dietary Manager will assist in planning, organizing, developing and directing the overall operation of the Food Services Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing our facility, and as may be directed by the Administrator, to assure that quality nutritional services are provided on a daily basis and that the Food Services Department is maintained in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner. The ideal candidate must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with patients, family members, facility staff, and direct reports.
