• 10:00 pm to 6:30 am Job Summary Seeking an experienced Floor Lead to oversee daily production operations in a food manufacturing environment.

This position is responsible for leading employees, coordinating workflow, maintaining safety and quality standards, and ensuring production goals are met. Job Description Lead daily production operations, assign workstations, delegate tasks, and coordinate employee breaks. Train and coach employees on production procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and food safety requirements. Monitor production lines, troubleshoot equipment issues, and address operational delays. Verify proper materials, inventory accuracy, and recipe specifications for production. Maintain accurate production records, including output, downtime, material usage, and KPIs. Communicate with management, QA, maintenance, and warehouse teams to resolve production issues. pdf IL Paid Leave for All Workers An employee that works in Illinois is entitled to accrue and use up to 40 hours of paid leave during a 12 month period or a pro rata number of hours of paid leave under the provisions of the State of Illinois Paid Leave for All Workers Act. The 12 month accrual period is considered to begin for new employees on the employees first day of employment. An employee is entitled to begin using earned and accrued paid leave time 90 calendar days after commencement of employment. Paid leave under this Act shall accrue at the rate of one hour of paid leave for every 40 hours worked up to 40 hours of paid leave 401(k) with company match for eligible employees.

Eligibility:

Active employees with one year of work and during that one year has completed 1,000 hours of service and is at least 21 years of age. Entry dates into the 401(k) are: 1/1 or 7/1 following the one year of service and completing 1,000 hours of work. The company will match 100% of the first 3% of the employee contribution.
