We are looking for a reliable, high-performing Team Lead (Shift Leader) to lead shifts and support the General Manager in daily store operations. This is a hands-on leadership role . Team Leads are expected to run shifts, direct the team, and maintain standards across operations, cleanliness, and guest experience. Compensation $14.00

00/hour What You'll Do Shift Leadership Lead shifts and act as Manager on Duty when assigned Direct team members and delegate tasks in real time Maintain control of the shift during both busy and slow periods Operations Ensure all products are prepared accurately and to standard Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked store Enforce food safety, sanitation, and operational procedures Support inventory routines, including stock rotation and waste control Team & Guest Experience Train and support team members during shifts Reinforce expectations around speed, cleanliness, and service Address guest concerns quickly and professionally What We're Looking For Reliable and punctual—non-negotiable Comfortable leading others and making decisions during a shift Strong attention to cleanliness and operational detail Works with urgency and holds standards Clear, direct communicator Requirements Must be at least 18 years old Prior food service or retail experience preferred Previous shift lead or supervisory experience strongly preferred Ability to work evenings and weekends Reliable transportation Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain) Work Environment This is a fast-paced, hands-on role . Team Leads are expected to be fully engaged and responsible for how the shift runs. We operate clean, standards-driven stores. Team Leads help enforce that standard alongside the General Manager.
