Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including scheduling, shift management, and labor control. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and health department regulations. Collaborate with GM and the district managers to meet sales goals and operational targets. Maintain accurate records of labor, food costs, and operational performance. Foster a positive work environment that encourages accountability, teamwork, and staff retention. Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process to build a strong, motivated team. Requirements Proven experience in a management or supervisory role within the restaurant or food service industry. Strong knowledge of food service operations, including food handling, preparation, and safety standards. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve guest concerns professionally. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
