You will lead the team, manage restaurant performance, maintain operational standards, control food costs, develop employees, and create an environment where guests and employees enjoy coming back.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth execution Build, lead, train, coach, and develop a strong restaurant team Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and retain employees Create weekly schedules and manage labor efficiently Learn and manage the POS system, reporting, and daily procedures Perform inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy Place food, paper, and supply orders including Sysco ordering Manage food cost efficiently and identify opportunities to reduce waste Complete will-call runs and vendor pickups as needed Lead opening shifts and ensure operational readiness Reinforce customer service standards and create exceptional guest experiences Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and brand standards Hold employees accountable while creating a positive team culture Ensure compliance with all Federal, State, and Local requirements related to sanitation, labor, and operations Continuously look for opportunities to improve operations and profitability

To Be Considered, You:

Must be at least 18 years of age Have a minimum of 2 years of restaurant leadership experience required (Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, Store Manager, Shift Leader, or similar role) Have experience with inventory management, ordering, scheduling, labor management, and cost controls Have strong communication and customer service skills Are comfortable learning systems and operational reporting Can multitask and solve problems independently Bring a positive attitude and lead by example Thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards Are dependable, organized, and accountable

Physical Requirements:
