Job Description:

Directs and guides operations in alignment with the County's and department's overall goals and objectives; ensures the execution of efficient processes to maximize the County's and department's resources; utilizes operational knowledge to make sound decisions. Strategic Leadership
Determines the strategic direction of the team or department in alignment with overall county goals; effectively communicates strategies internally and externally; creates a culture to support strategies and provides mechanisms to implement them; fosters buy-in and enthusiasm with employees.
Essential Duties:
Prepare, Sell, and distribute food to Patrons. Provide Exceptional Customer Service Set-up and clean Concessions and surrounding areas Provide Training to new employees. Be able to work alone in a Concession as needed Supervise 1-3 other people. Supervisor on Duty-in charge of site operations. Oversees operation of concessions area in a hands-on manner assisting with running, register, and kitchen. Ensures all tasks are completed at end of shift. Demonstrated aptitude at problem solving, holding staff accountable, ensuring compliance of proper food handling, and ensuring compliance of money handling procedures. All service roles must communicate clearly with fellow team members and supervisors during each shift to ensure customers receive prompt and exceptional customer service. Practice proper food safety. Ensure compliance of laws governing alcohol sales.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
No This position is also responsible for the supervision and leadership of employees, which includes making employment-related decisions and/or recommendations, and formally evaluating performance. Duties and responsibilities, as required by business necessity may be added, deleted or changed at any time at the discretion of management, formally or informally, either verbally or in writing. Scheduling and shift assignments and work location may be changed at any time, as required by business necessity.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Job Requirements:
Minimum age 16 years and older. Must be available Weekends and/or Evenings. 1 Year Food Service Required. 1 Year Supervising experience Preferred.
Preferred Job Requirements:
Supervisory experience. Food Service experience. Food Handler Certification, if not, JCPRD will require during training period. (JCPRD paid) Attention to detail. Basic Math skills. Team mentality. Excellent customer service.
