Key Responsibilities Lead and motivate the team during your shift to deliver an extraordinary guest experience Blend delicious smoothies and assist guests in selecting products that support their fitness and nutrition goals Manage cash drawer and perform opening/closing duties with accuracy Prepare fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients to maintain product quality Engage guests with a friendly, enthusiastic attitude to ensure satisfaction Complete store checklist tasks and uphold Smoothie King's culture and values Qualifications At least 1 year of food industry experience, preferably in a quick service or fast-food environment Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire team members Strong communication skills with a "guest comes first" mindset Must be at least 18 years old with open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays High school diploma or equivalent Why Join Us?
