As a Catering Captain, you'll be the driving force behind flawless service, showcasing your leadership, food handling knowledge, and passion for hospitality. Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate catering service operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of food and beverages. Lead and motivate the service team, including bussing tables, serving guests, and managing beverage stations. Ensure all food handling and safety standards are strictly followed throughout each event. Assist with food preparation, setup, and presentation to meet high-quality standards. Manage guest relations by providing attentive, friendly service and resolving any issues promptly. Operate POS systems for order processing and billing with accuracy. Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, including proper food storage and sanitation practices. Support beverage service including wine knowledge, drink presentation, and responsible alcohol service. Experience Proven experience in the food industry with a strong background in catering or banquet services. Previous culinary or food service experience in fine dining or large-scale events preferred. Familiarity with food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures. Experience with serving in hospitality environments that emphasize guest relations and customer satisfaction. Knowledge of wine, beverage service techniques, and POS systems is highly desirable. Ability to perform basic math calculations for orders and billing accurately. Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining excellent guest interactions. Pay:

$25.76 - $31.02 per hour Expected hours: 4.0 - 40.0 per week
