SHIFT LEADER NEEDED

WINGSTOP

Think you can handle the heat? Wingstop is looking for a rockstar Shift Leader to help run the show, keep the crew in sync, and make sure our legendary wings are served hot, fast, and full of flavor.

What You'll Do:

Lead your shift like a boss (without needing the title just yet) Keep the energy up and the vibes good Jump in wherever needed—register, kitchen, or customer high-fives Make sure things run smoother than our ranch dip

Qualifications for the job:

At least 1 year of restaurant management experience as a Shift Leader/ Shift Manager in a high-volume QSR or fast-casual environment
Proven ability to lead shifts and coach team members
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must have reliable transportation
