Restaurant Shift Leader Hungry Howie's Lapeer, MI $16-$17/hour | Part-time Looking for a little more responsibility without jumping straight into management? Hungry Howie's is looking for a dependable, motivated team member to join our Lapeer location as a Shift Leader. Previous leadership experience is helpful, but it isn't required. We provide training and opportunities to learn the different parts of running a restaurant, supporting a team, and keeping a shift on track. Whether you're looking to grow into future leadership opportunities or gain experience that helps you succeed in future roles, we want this position to be time well spent . If you have a good head on your shoulders, enjoy working with people, and can stay organized when things get busy, we'd like to talk to you. What You'll Do Lead shifts and support daily restaurant operations Help train and support team members Provide friendly, professional customer service Maintain food quality and order accuracy Handle orders, cash, and POS transactions Help keep the restaurant clean, organized, and ready for business Support inventory and shift organization Help solve problems and keep the team moving during busy periods Help set the next shift up for success What We're Looking For Must be 18 years of age or older Leadership experience is helpful but not required Dependable and responsible Reliable transportation Comfortable staying organized and working efficiently during busy shifts Friendly and professional with customers and coworkers Willing to learn different areas of restaurant operations Able to communicate clearly and help hold yourself and others accountable Weekend availability required Holiday availability expected based on business needs. Stores are closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter.
