Job Description

Job Summary The Amendment is an upcoming steakhouse and grill house located at The Watershed development in downtown Sturgis, Michigan, featuring dry-aged steaks and craft cocktails. The FOH Lead manages the dining room during shifts, ensuring a seamless guest experience and supporting the General Manager in leading the service team. Responsibilities Supervise FOH staff during service, maintaining high hospitality standards Greet and interact with guests, resolving concerns quickly and gracefully Assist with training and ongoing development of FOH staff Coordinate service timing with BOH to keep flow consistent Ensure dining room cleanliness, setup, and readiness for service Requirements 2+ years of FOH leadership in upscale dining Strong knowledge of find dining service and etiquette Ability to lead in the moment and inspire confidence in staff Strong guest service and conflict-resolution skills

Pay:

$54,507.84 - $65,643.85 per year
