We are seeking a motivated Food and Beverage Supervisor. Oversees wait-staff to provide food & beverage service to Club members and guests in a prompt and efficient manner. Will be responsible for the day-to-day management of clubhouse events and schedules. The Food and Beverage Supervisor reflects a friendly, sincere and courteous attitude at all times with Members, guests, and employees. He/she moves quickly, supports the wait staff at all times, and is always attentive. Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays is expected. Duties/Responsibilities Serve as one of the Food and Beverage Supervisors for our Club including all food and beverage functions. Serve on the floor including but not limited to running food, busing tables, seating guests, making beverages, cleaning all areas, setting up tables/chairs/tablecloths, checking side work, set up and breaking down rooms, maintaining clean/organized spaces for linens/glassware/extra inventory, last in first out product control Assures that all standard operating procedures for revenue and cost control are in place and consistently utilized Serve in the back of the house wherever needing including expediting, plating, food running, execution of dinner service and events Knowledge of wine, liquor and beer expected and communicated to staff and guests The Food and Beverage Supervisor ensures a high standard of appearance, hospitality, and service in personnel and cleanliness of all areas Will assist with inventory, ordering, organization and efficiency of all beverages Will help implement and execute programs to increase revenue through repeat business and higher check averages Expectations include punctuality, leading by example, sharp dress, integrity, positive attitude, team player with strong leadership, having fun and smile Must be passionate about hospitality, food and beverage to inspire those around them with energy and passion. Physical Requirements Required to stand for long periods and walk, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, stretch and twist or reach. Push, pull or lift up to 50 pounds. Continuous repetitive motions. Work in hot, humid and noisy environments.
