Duties Prepare and assemble food items efficiently, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and swiftly Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Maintain food safety and sanitation standards by following proper food handling procedures and cleaning protocols Assist with bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and ensuring the dining area remains tidy and inviting Support kitchen operations through food prep, inventory management, and adhering to health regulations Experience Previous experience in food preparation or food service roles within quick service or fast food restaurants is preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service and upsell menu items effectively Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and grocery store operations are essential Experience in food safety practices, sanitation, and kitchen operations enhances your fit for this role Restaurant experience in cafes or retail food environments will support your success in this position This vibrant role is designed for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in the food industry while enjoying a balanced work schedule.
