Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of concession foods and beverages with attention to quality and safety standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales accurately and efficiently Manage customer orders at the food counter, upselling items to enhance guest experience and increase sales Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including food prep areas, counters, and equipment sanitation Handle cash register operations, process cash transactions, and balance cash drawers at shift end Assist guests with skate room reservations, check-in procedures, and provide information about skate activities Ensure safety protocols are followed in the skate room area; monitor guest behavior to promote a fun yet safe environment Support food safety management practices by adhering to sanitation standards, proper food handling procedures, and cleanliness regulations Restock supplies as needed during shifts to ensure smooth operations during busy periods Engage with guests in a friendly manner, providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits Experience Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments preferred but not required; training provided for the right candidate Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Background in food preparation or culinary experience is a plus; knowledge of food safety standards essential Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours Experience in retail sales transactions or cashiering roles enhances your ability to upsell and process payments smoothly Demonstrated ability to maintain a clean workspace and follow sanitation guidelines in food or retail settings Customer service experience that showcases your ability to engage positively with diverse guests This role is perfect for energetic individuals eager to contribute to an exciting entertainment environment while honing their skills in food service, retail operations, and guest engagement.
