Duties Assist in preparing food items according to established recipes and safety standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and transactions Manage customer orders efficiently, upselling menu items to enhance sales Maintain a clean workspace by sanitizing surfaces, equipment, and dining areas regularly Handle cash register operations, process cash and card transactions accurately Support food safety practices by following proper handling and sanitation procedures Assist with bussing tables, food delivery, and ensuring a welcoming environment for guests Skills Experience in food preparation, food service, or quick service restaurants Proficiency with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation, and proper food handling techniques Previous retail or grocery store experience is a plus but not required Join our team at Dough Boyz Pizza where your energy fuels our success!
