Monday-Thursday 2:00 PM -7:00 PM, & Saturday 9:00 AM-2:00 PM.

Total Hours:

25 Per week, Five-Hour Shifts.

Compensation:

$20 per hour base pay plus individual and team performance incentives

Greece, In office, on the Ridge, just off 390 and Route 104. Our agency has served the Greece community for almost 50 years . We are seeking an organized, motivated Team Leader to help recruit, train and supervise while working side by side with the your telemarketing team as we expand our market reach throughout New York State. You and your Telemarketing Team will follow up with consumers who have requested insurance information, confirm their interest in receiving a quote, and warm transfer them to licensed Sales Associates. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys coaching employees, organizing lead data and helping a team achieve measurable results. Insurance license is required for advancement and license assistance is provided. Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and motivated Part Time Telemarketing Early Evening Team Leader to join our dynamic customer engagement telemarketing team during early nights and weekend shifts. In this role, you will lead a team of telemarketers, driving outbound calls and client outreach efforts with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your leadership will inspire your team to achieve targets, deliver exceptional customer service, and foster a positive work environment. Responsibilities Help recruit, interview, hire and onboard telemarketing team members. Train callers in basic call center skills, professional telephone communication, approved scripts and warm transfer procedures. Coach team members on call quality, productivity and accurate recordkeeping. Download lead files from lead distributors and organize them using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access. Maintain lead assignments, track call outcomes and prepare daily activity reports. Coordinate with licensed Sales Associates so interested consumers can receive a quote promptly. Follow agency procedures for consumer privacy, Do Not Call requests and approved calling practices and staying in compliance of NY Laws. Assist with calls and warm transfers when needed. Qualifications Previous telemarketing, call center, customer service or team leadership experience. Ability to hire, train and motivate employees. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access, including importing and managing lead data. Strong communication, organization and follow-through. Comfort tracking performance and giving constructive feedback. Availability Monday-Thursday from 2:00PM -7:00 PM, and Saturdays, from 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM. An insurance license is not required for this marketing position. An insurance license is recommended for employees interested in advancing into a licensed sales roles. Licensed Sales Associates handle coverage discussions, pricing, quotes and insurance sales. Compensation and Advancement We offer $20 per hour in base pay plus approved incentives for individual and team performance. Incentives recognize qualified and successful warm transfers, independent of whether the consumer purchases insurance.
