Job Description
The Halal Guys in Yonkers (1789 Central Park Ave) is hiring a Shift Lead to run the floor when the manager is off. What you'll do:
- Open and close the store
- Assign stations and keep the team on task
- Handle cash counts, drawer checks and guest issues
- Keep speed and food quality high at lunch and dinner peaks
- Help train new team members What we're looking for:
- 1+ year of restaurant experience, including some leadership
- Strong communication, cash handling and inventory skills
- Available for opening, closing and weekend shifts
- Reliable and calm under pressure What we offer:
- $17.00
- $20.00 per hour
