Dietary Manager Do you love food? Become our dietary manager in our homelike assisted living facility. We're looking for a Dietary Manager who's equal parts kitchen commander, budget boss, and resident favorite. If you can whip up a meal plan, keep a kitchen sparkling, and lead a team with heart, we want YOU! What You'll Be Doing (The Recipe Success): Oversee meal production for our assisted living residents Make sure every plate is safe, tasty, and tailored to therapeutic diets Keep food, labor, and supply costs in check Coordinate orders according to the recipes. Keep the kitchen spotless and infection-free Manage daily and deep-cleaning schedules Hire, train, schedule, and support your foodservice crew Be the mentor for your team Collaborate with dietitians to meet resident preferences Attend resident council meetings What You Bring to the
Table:
