Prosper at Wickliffe is seeking a motivated individual to serve as Dining Services Director at our amazing community in Wickliffe, OH. The individual will help carry out our mission to have a lasting impact on older adults in assisted living by making life fun, making the community a home, and offering purpose to everyone.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of dining services operations, including food production, service, and quality control. Develop and implement menus that meet the needs and preferences of residents. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food preparation and service. Manage inventory and ordering of food and supplies according to a budget. Hire, train and supervise dining services staff, including chefs and servers. Coordinate for special events. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing resident concerns and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent resident experiences.

Experience:

Previous experience in a leadership role in the hospitality industry, preferably in senior living. Strong knowledge of food production techniques, menu planning, and dining service standards. Proven ability to manage a team and delegate tasks effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
