Job Summary:

This is primarily a morning shift position involving the preparation of all items, such as dough, cheese and vegetables, for the making of the pizzas. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high-quality food production. Duties:

• Supervise all aspects of the restaurant during assigned shifts
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Oversee food preparation and ensure adherence to recipes and quality standards
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
• Train and mentor staff on proper food handling and preparation techniques
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues that arise
• Utilize Aloha POS system to process orders and track sales
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant at all times
• Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for improving efficiency and profitability

Requirements:

• Previous experience in restaurant supervision or a similar role
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to effectively supervise and motivate a team
• Proficient in inventory control procedures
• Familiarity with Aloha POS system is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
