Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Team Leader to inspire and guide our restaurant team. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff performance, and ensure exceptional customer service. Your leadership will drive sales growth, maintain operational excellence, and foster a positive team atmosphere. Responsibilities Train and develop team members during assigned shift Recognize and reward achievements of team members Assign job duties and set goals Provide outstanding customer service to guests Adhere to food safety standards and report any questionable food deliveries/practices Assist in inventory control Ensure restaurant cleanliness and maintenance Preform all duties of cook, cashier, and line server Requirements Proven supervisory experience within the restaurant industry or team management environment Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop employees Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail Proficiency in POS systems, cash handling, and basic math for retail math calculations Experience with employee training & development and operational management Ability to manage time efficiently while overseeing multiple responsibilities such as purchasing, pricing, and merchandising Demonstrated ability in negotiation, customer service excellence, and managerial communication Join us as a Team Leader where your passion for people and excellence can shine!
