Modern office setting Food provided This is a leadership role within the kitchen and requires experience working with American cuisine. The successful candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask effectively. Duties include managing a team of cooks, kitchen sanitation,creating new recipes and implementing menu changes for restaurant and catering.

Responsibilities:

Adhere to the standards set by the health department and promote them to co-workers and employees. Serve customers in a friendly, efficient manner. Monitor employees' work performance and coach them as needed. Work as part of a team. Menu planning Inventory control Banquets Ala Carte Tavern menu Purchasing Labor control Food cost control
