Evening and Weekend Bar Supervisor Shifts:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar Manager to oversee our bar operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and a strong background in bar management.

Duties:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the bar, including inventory management, staff supervision, and customer service
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize bar profitability
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness
• Train and mentor bar staff on service standards and product knowledge

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in bar management
• Strong knowledge of quick service fast food restaurant operations
• Familiarity with inventory management and cost control practices
• Proficiency in food safety standards and regulations
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns effectively Prefer minimum 2 years experience
