Responsibilities Lead and supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality service. Responsible for overseeing the overall maintenance, cleanliness, organization, and upkeep of the property. Duties include maintaining organized storage areas, coordinating weekly landscaping services, ensuring the building and grounds are clean and well-maintained, identifying and reporting maintenance concerns, and scheduling appropriate vendors or contractors for necessary repairs and services. Oversee seasonal property needs, including snow and ice removal, to ensure the facility remains safe, functional, and presentable at all times. Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to foster a motivated and efficient team Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to safety standards. Utilize POS systems such as Shift 4 for payment processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation. Control inventory levels through accurate tracking, ordering, and storage practices to minimize waste. Maintain food safety compliance by implementing proper handling procedures and conducting regular cleanliness inspections. Analyze profit and loss reports to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost control. Order Liquor, Beer, Wine, and Dry Goods Including Pickup Requirements Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with supervisory responsibilities. Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management. Hands-on experience with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling proficiency required. Background in hospitality management with skills in staff training, team leadership, and customer service excellence. Familiarity with inventory control, food safety standards, and food industry regulations. Excellent communication skills for managerial tasks such as interviewing, staff development, and operational coordination. Ability to manage shift schedules effectively while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Pay:

$30.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 - 40.0 per week
