This person directly supervises the daily operation of the catering including delivery contracts to ensure that daily schedules of activity are established, and quality standards are maintained. They will also assume responsibilities and authority during catering events as needed. This position provides leadership and direction to catering staff, coordinates event setup and service, ensures high standards of customer service, and maintains compliance with university policies and food safety regulations. The Catering Team Lead serves as a key point of contact between Dining Services, event organizers, and catering personnel to ensure successful event execution. This person will work with management and co-workers to instill and foster the value of the Villanova Mission Statement and the Dining Services Mission Statement. This person will focus on our
