What You'll Do As a Shift Lead, you'll be responsible for helping run day-to-day operations during your shift, including: Leading and motivating team members Delivering exceptional customer service Preparing ice cream, food, and specialty menu items Opening and/or closing the restaurant Counting cash drawers and completing daily paperwork Managing employee breaks and workflow Keeping the restaurant clean, organized, and stocked Training new employees Handling customer concerns professionally Ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are followed Communicating with ownership regarding operational issues What We're Looking For Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred Restaurant, food service, or retail experience preferred Reliable transportation Excellent attendance and punctuality Positive attitude with strong communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable making decisions without constant supervision Able to lift up to 40 pounds Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed What Makes Someone Successful Here The best Shift Leads at
