Key Responsibilities Lead and support team members during assigned shifts Ensure smooth daily operations, including opening/closing procedures Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns Maintain a clean, safe, and organized wash site Train and coach new team members Monitor equipment performance and report issues Uphold company standards and safety expectations Assist with membership sales and guest engagement What We're Looking For Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a must Strong communication and people skills Ability to work on your feet and perform manual tasks Positive attitude with a team-first mindset Dependable and punctual Willingness to work weekends or evenings as needed Ability to work ALL shifts.
