Job Overview I am looking for a dependable Shift leader to manage 3 or more shifts a week. As a shift leader, your main responsibilities are managing your crew, making sure pizzas are up to Papa John's standards, and handling any comments or concerns a customer might have during the shift. Shift leaders are expected to be able to do any part of the pizza making process well and will be trained to do so prior to running any shifts. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Managing crew members. Making a quality product. Giving great customer service. Helping keep the restaurant clean. Making sure all crew members are following all health department and corporate guidelines. Running a cash drawer, and handling store cash. Requirements Must be able to complete our online training course within a timely manner once hired. Must have a reliable form of transportation to work

Preferences:

Being flexible with your schedule. Being willing to cover shifts if needed.

Job Types:

Part-time, Full-time Pay:

Pay is based on previous experience and job performance once hired.

Expected hours:

Anywhere between 30 to 40 hours weekly with the opportunities for overtime.
