Stacy Road, Suite 1300 Allen, TX 75002 Position Overview The Front-of-House Shift Lead supports daily restaurant operations, assists the store manager, coordinates front-of-house employees, and helps maintain consistent service standards. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily front-of-house operations and assigned shift duties Assign employee stations and ensure proper coverage Support opening, closing, and shift-transition procedures Monitor customer service, dining-room cleanliness, and table turnover Assist employees with POS, order, and customer-service issues Help train and coach new front-of-house employees Monitor attendance, breaks, and accurate timekeeping Respond to customer concerns and report significant issues to management Communicate operational problems and staffing needs to the store manager Help ensure company procedures and service standards are followed Training and Compensation The position begins with a two-week paid training and evaluation period Training compensation is $12.00 per hour, based on actual recorded hours worked Employees must accurately clock in, clock out, and record required meal breaks After completing training, the candidate will receive a performance assessment Candidates who successfully complete the assessment will be promoted to the Front-of-House Shift Lead position with monthly base compensation of $4,000 Completion of the training period does not automatically guarantee promotion; advancement depends on performance, attendance, leadership ability, and the final assessment Qualifications Previous restaurant, customer-service, or team-lead experience preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to coordinate employees in a fast-paced restaurant environment Reliable attendance and dependable transportation Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and closing shifts Comfortable using a POS system and handling customer concerns Legally authorized to work in the United States Mandarin-speaking ability is preferred but not required
