Marriott is seeking a Club Lounge Attendant to deliver elevated, personalized service in our executive lounge. In this role, you will welcome and assist elite and VIP guests, set up and maintain breakfast and evening presentations, restock food and beverages, and ensure the lounge remains clean, safe, and inviting. You will handle basic POS transactions, respond quickly to guest requests, and collaborate with front office and food & beverage teams. Responsibilities Welcome and assist club lounge guests, providing courteous, personalized service Set up, replenish, and break down breakfast and evening food and beverage presentations Maintain cleanliness, organization, and ambiance of the lounge area at all times Monitor and restock food, beverages, utensils, and supplies throughout service periods Operate POS systems for incidental charges and accurately handle cash or room postings Respond promptly to guest requests and coordinate with front office and F&B teams Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and Marriott brand standards Support inventory counts and communicate supply needs to supervisors Handle guest complaints or issues professionally, escalating as needed Promote Marriott loyalty programs and lounge offerings to enhance guest experience Required Skills Guest service Point-of-sale (POS) systems Food and beverage service Cash handling Sanitation and food safety Inventory management Conflict resolution Upselling and cross-selling Basic computer skills Time management
