Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation and serving staff, ensuring efficient workflow and high standards.
Train new team members on company procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations.
Monitor food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation practices throughout the establishment.
Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Assist with scheduling, shift assignments, and payroll processes.
Support inventory management by tracking supplies and assisting with ordering as needed.

Qualifications:
