Night Shift Lead / Mixer We are looking for a reliable, responsible, and hardworking 18+ Shift Lead/Mixer to join our team for our evening shifts. This position is responsible for helping lead the shift, keeping production on track, and making sure the store runs smoothly from start to finish. Responsibilities Oversee the evening shift and ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently Mix and prepare cookie doughs and other products according to Crumbl standards Have a strong understanding of Crumbl's apps, POS system, and daily operations Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers over the phone Support and guide bakers throughout the shift Assist with customer service and help your team when needed Keep the team on task and ensure products are completed accurately and on time Complete dishes and maintain a clean, organized workspace throughout the shift Follow all food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards Help create a positive and productive environment for the team What We're Looking For Must be 18+ Food Handlers Permit Reliable and responsible Comfortable taking charge and making decisions during a shift Comfortable answering phones and communicating professionally with customers Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Detail-oriented and able to follow recipes and procedures accurately Previous Crumbl experience is preferred Leadership, mixing, or baking experience is a plus
