Shift Lead:

Inspire and motivate your team to deliver top-notch service. Keep operations running smoothly during your shift. Train and coach team members to greatness. Maintain cleanliness and uphold food safety standards. Turn customer challenges into opportunities for delight. Maintaining a positive and creative environment! Interact with customers, take orders, and process payments. Assist with large order prep, delivery, set up, and sales at off-site locations.

Shift Lead Requirements:

Previous leadership experience, preferably in the food industry. Excellent communication skills and a knack for problem-solving. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Knowledge of food safety regulations. A positive attitude and a passion for pizza! At least 18 years of age or older At lease 6 months experience in specific industry

Physical Demands:

Applicant must be able to perform repetitive movements with hands, arms, and feet; stand for extended periods; walk frequently; and bend, twist, reach overhead, kneel, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds, with occasional lifting over 50 pounds.
