Job Description
Dietary Manager (Full-Time ) Join the Cedar Hill Health Care Team! At Cedar Hill Health Care, we believe great meals are an essential part of exceptional resident care. We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Dietary Manager to lead our Dietary Services Department and create an outstanding dining experience for our residents every day. If you're a motivated leader who enjoys working alongside your team and making a meaningful difference, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Oversee the daily operations of the Dietary Department. Lead, coach, and support dietary staff. Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and quality standards. Develop staff schedules and maintain adequate departmental coverage. Manage inventory, food costs, departmental budgets, and equipment. Maintain accurate records for staffing, supplies, and expenditures. Participate in department head meetings and collaborate with the leadership team. Assist with cooking and meal preparation as needed to ensure uninterrupted resident care. What We're Looking For Previous dietary management experience , preferably in long-term care or healthcare. Strong leadership , organizational , and communication skills. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations. A team-oriented , hands-on approach with a passion for serving others.
