A Food Service Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the food service team including food preparation, catering, and inventory. This role plays a key role in ensuring the kitchen operates smoothly and food quality and safety standards are met in accordance with department policies and health regulations. • 7+ years of food service experience and high school diploma/G.E.D, or equivalent combination
• Prior food service management experience
• Prior customer service experience
• Basic knowledge of food service systems or platforms
• Knowledge of health & safety regulations and Valid Food Service Permit issued by the Department of Health
