Elixir Cafe & Juicery is a locally owned, woman-owned café serving 100% organic smoothies, cold-pressed juices, coffee, matcha, bowls, and toasts. We're looking for a dependable Weekend Café Lead to keep our Saturday and Sunday shifts running smoothly.

This is a hands-on role:

you'll prepare orders and serve customers alongside the team while making sure daily tasks are completed and our standards stay consistent. You'll be a great fit if you're comfortable taking initiative, giving clear direction, and keeping a busy shift organized. What you'll do Lead Saturday and Sunday shifts, including opening and closing the café. Prepare food and drinks, take orders, and support the team wherever needed. Set clear priorities and help team members stay on track throughout the shift. Make sure recipes, presentation, customer service, and cleanliness meet our standards. Confirm that prep, restocking, dishes, and opening and closing checklists are completed. Handle customer questions and concerns thoughtfully, involving management when needed. Communicate supply needs, equipment issues, and shift updates to the café manager. Follow and reinforce food safety procedures. What we're looking for Previous café, restaurant, or food service experience. Shift lead or supervisory experience preferred. Dependability and availability to work both Saturday and Sunday. Confidence giving direction and holding the team accountable respectfully. Strong customer service and problem-solving skills. A hands-on approach—you're ready to jump in alongside the team. Part-time:

Saturdays and Sundays, 7:30am-2:30pm. Approximately 14 hours per week, with additional weekday shifts available. Pay starts at $16 per hour plus tips.

Pay:

From $23.64 per hour Expected hours: 14.0 - 30.0 per week
