Oversee quality assurance, food safety, sanitation, and infection prevention programs. Manage budgets, labor performance, inventory controls, purchasing, and food costs while maintaining high service standards. Support menu development and dining innovation initiatives that promote variety, resident satisfaction, and operational excellence. Participate in Cultivate Kitchen events, culinary demonstrations, and resident wellness initiatives. Build strong partnerships with community leadership, healthcare teams, residents, families, and key stakeholders. Leverage strategic planning and problem-solving skills to navigate organizational growth, team development, and evolving operational needs. Perform other duties as assigned. The role also requires the ability to monitor service and safety conditions, communicate effectively with team members and guests, and respond promptly in a fast-paced environment. Reasonable accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities.
