WE'RE HIRING
•TRAVEL
ADVISOR / SALES SUPPORT
Travel Concepts is growing, and we're looking for the right person to join our team! We're open to two paths for the right candidate :
TRAVEL ADVISOR
For an experienced travel professional who can hit the ground running.
Ideal experience includes:
Previous travel industry/travel advisor experience Knowledge of CRM systems and GDS Experience booking air, hotels, cruises, tours, and vacation packages Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to manage multiple clients, reservations, and deadlines Sales-minded with an interest in developing and maintaining client relationships Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
SALES SUPPORT / FUTURE TRAVEL ADVISOR
For someone who may not have travel industry experience but has strong organizational, customer service, and computer skills and would like to learn the travel business and grow into a Travel Advisor position.
Responsibilities may include:
Providing administrative and sales support to our Travel Advisors Assisting with client communications and follow-up Working with Microsoft Word and Excel Maintaining spreadsheets, records, and client information Assisting with CRM updates and organization Researching travel products, destinations, hotels, cruises, and tours Completing destination and supplier training programs Helping organize and coordinate supplier promotions, sales events, and agency marketing opportunities Assisting with general office and agency operations Learning the travel industry with the goal of eventually developing your own client base

For either position, we're looking for someone who is: Friendly and professional Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable communicating by phone, email, and in person A strong team player Comfortable learning new technology and systems Self-motivated and willing to learn Passionate about travel and helping people create great travel experiences Travel Concepts
