Duties Assist clients in designing customized travel itineraries that match their preferences and budgets Utilize global distribution systems (GDS) and reservation platforms to book flights, hotels, car rentals, cruises, and tours efficiently Provide expert advice on travel destinations, visa requirements, health advisories, and local customs Communicate proactively with clients via phone, email, or chat to confirm details, answer questions, and offer updates Manage travel scheduling and coordinate changes or cancellations with suppliers to ensure smooth experiences Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and preferences using reservation systems Stay informed about the latest trends in the travel industry to offer innovative suggestions and solutions Experience Proven experience working remotely in a sales or customer service environment within the travel industry Strong background in travel planning, reservation systems (such as Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo), and GDS platforms Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously Exceptional client communication skills with a focus on attentive service and clear information delivery Familiarity with travel scheduling tools and reservation management software Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to changing client needs and industry updates Embark on a rewarding career where your enthusiasm for travel fuels memorable experiences for clients worldwide!
