We are looking for an enthusiastic, eager to learn, and motivated intern to join our team at the TUI Travel Agency. You will be working at one of our locations in Groningen Helperplein or Sneek. What will you do? As an intern at the TUI Travel Agency, you are the first point of contact for customers who want to book their dream vacation. You advise, inspire, and ensure that every customer leaves with a smile!

Your tasks:

• You advise customers on travel destinations, accommodations, and other travel-related services
• You create travel plans and quotes that perfectly match the customer's wishes
• You process bookings, changes, and cancellations in our system
• You contribute to achieving commercial objectives together with the team
• You build knowledge about various destinations worldwide, travel trends, and current developments in the travel industry
• You assist with promotional activities and events What do you get from us?

• You work alongside experienced travel advisors who inspire and guide customers daily
• In two weeks, you will be prepared for a flying start to your internship!
• You will receive a TUI uniform and a laptop on loan
• You will receive an internship allowance of 500 euros gross per month (based on 40 hours)
• You will become part of the Internship Community and participate in fun activities Who are you?
• You are pursuing a vocational education (level 3 or 4) in tourism
• You have a passion for travel and basic knowledge of various destinations
• You are communicative, customer-friendly, and speak excellent Dutch
• You can work well independently but also function well in a team
