As a Travel Agent, you'll help members and customers plan memorable travel experiences by providing personalized recommendations, expert guidance, and exceptional service. You'll build lasting client relationships while promoting and selling a variety of travel products and services, including cruises, vacation packages, air travel, car rentals, hotels, rail travel, and travel insurance. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to combine your love of travel with your sales and customer service skills to create meaningful experiences for our customers and grow your own client base.

The Ideal Candidate:

A passion for travel and helping others explore the world. Successful completion of travel school or travel agency experience preferred Strong customer service skills and a commitment to creating positive customer experiences. Sales skills, including the ability to identify opportunities, close sales, and generate referrals. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Computer proficiency and the ability to navigate multiple systems, applications, and web browsers. A motivated, professional, and customer-focused approach to achieving goals.
