Book reservations for flights, hotels, car rentals, cruises, and other travel services using industry-standard booking tools. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the planning process. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel destinations, airline policies, hotel offerings, and industry trends to offer expert guidance. Assist clients with travel documentation requirements such as visas and passports to ensure smooth journeys. Promote additional services such as travel insurance or special packages to enhance client experiences and increase sales. Qualifications Proven experience in sales or customer service roles within the hospitality or travel industry is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of travel planning processes, including booking procedures and itinerary management. Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen actively and convey information clearly.
