Responsibilities Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and desired experiences, offering personalized recommendations. Plan and coordinate comprehensive travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, transportation, excursions, and activities. Book reservations for flights, hotels, car rentals, cruises, and other travel services using industry-standard booking tools. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the planning process. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel destinations, airline policies, hotel offerings, and industry trends to offer expert guidance. Assist clients with travel documentation requirements such as visas and passports to ensure smooth journeys. Promote additional services such as travel insurance or special packages to enhance client experiences and increase sales. Qualifications Proven experience in sales or customer service roles within the hospitality or travel industry is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of travel planning processes, including booking procedures and itinerary management. Familiarity with hotel operations, hospitality standards, and destination insights to provide comprehensive advice. Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen actively and convey information clearly. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Passion for travel and hospitality with a desire to help clients create memorable journeys. Certification or training in travel planning or related fields is a plus but not required.
