The ideal candidate will have clear articulation, strong presentation skills, and the ability to deliver well-structured explanations. We are looking for individuals who enjoy engaging with people, demonstrate initiative, and have a strong sense of service. Candidates should be enthusiastic, eager to learn, capable of independent thinking, and able to coordinate effectively with multiple parties. A professional appearance and a friendly smile are essential qualities. Prior tour guiding experience will be given preference, and proficiency in multiple languages will be considered an asset. Who we're looking for Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) Passionate about travel and human connection Warm, and service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving instincts Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable presenting, speaking, and writing clearly and professionally Experience in hospitality, travel, customer service, sales, or guiding is a plus Multilingual ability Prior guiding experience or extensive international travel preferred Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally, sometimes on short notice. Job Duties Lead small groups of travelers (typically 18-24 guests) across destinations in, but not limited to, North and South America.
