Applicants must have the following:
- Valid E&A Instructor license, or the ability to renew license before May 1st
- Strong motivation and dedication
- Ability to work independently with self confidence
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work and travel extensively between Memorial Day and Labor Day
- Ability to attend in person training prior to Memorial Day
- Experience in planning and facilitating in-service training
