AOD has been established and licensed as a private, non-profit, Christian agency since 1986. We maintain degreed and experienced adoption counselors who cover all of Georgia. An Open Door Adoption Agency, a Christian-based organization, is seeking a part-time , networking specialist , in the South GA area near Thomasville including Thomasville, Valdosta, Albany, Moultrie, Bainbridge, etc. Role Overview Part-time Faith Advocate for Adoption 30 hours per week $17.00 per hour 12-month contract (position may end after one year or when funds are expended) Primary Responsibilities Travel throughout the state of Georgia Build relationships and network with: Hospitals Crisis Pregnancy Centers (CPCs) Faith-based organizations Churches Educate churches and community partners about adoption Distribute Open Door educational and promotional materials Represent the organization professionally in the community Travel & Reimbursement Mileage reimbursement provided at federal mileage rate Lodging and meals reimbursed during travel Laptop provided for work Ideal Candidate Strong networking and relationship-building skills Comfortable speaking with diverse groups Friendly, outgoing, and a "people person" extrovert Experienced in community outreach and networking Willing and able to travel extensively across
