Come join the Get Out Team today and let your adventure through escape room entertainment begin! Responsibilities Lead customers through a multitude of escape rooms. Provide outstanding guest services by answering questions and providing helpful information. Reset escape rooms within a constrained time limit. Offer advice and guidance through escape room events while maintaining a level of safety within the room. Handle cash transactions with customers. Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere and foster positive interactions. Work with a multitude of coworkers in a positive and constructive manner. Skills Cash handling. Excellent customer service abilities. Memorization of prop placements, scripts, and room flow. Ability to work effectively with children, fostering a fun and safe environment. Proficient in conflict management techniques. Public speaking skills to confidently engage large groups of guests during events.
