Students must: possess good organization, time management skills, and written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills. must have basic familiarity with costume work, physical endurance, and performance artistry. possess a friendly and engaging personality, with the ability to interact positively and represent the organization professionally. be comfortable performing in a confined costume with limited visibility and mobility, adapting to different performance environments and situations.

Preferred Qualifications:

Student who: has an interest in marketing, communications, and public relations. has excellent physical stamina and endurance to perform in a Mascot costume for extended periods, often in varying weather conditions. Flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends to accommodate event schedules.

Summary of Duties:

Student employment provides students with the opportunity to gain valuable work experience while supporting campus programs and services. In this postion, the student will: Support the Marketing and Communications department by assisting with marketing campaigns, recruitment, retention, and public relations initiatives. Represent the College at campus events, primarily outside of regular business hours, by serving as the institutional mascot and engaging with students, employees, and community members. Maintain the mascot costume to ensure it is clean, safe, and performance-ready, and collaborate with faculty, staff, and students to promote college programs and enhance campus engagement.
