In most cases you will need to be able to educate guests on the rules, skills, and safety of the game. We are looking for someone with outstanding customer service skills as well as great verbal communication. In some cases you will need to set up and play in pickleball events. You will need to be able to perform in an active environment both indoors and outdoors, with the availability to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays. In this role, you will: Set up and clean the courts daily. Set up and clean up after groups of individuals Check equipment and courts for proper safety. Coordinate reservations and explain and enforce safety rules and regulations as well as the rules of pickleball to guests. Report incidents and accidents that occur and administer first-aid as necessary. Collaborates with teammates to ensure a positive guest experience and be continuously involved in skill development and training. Participate in the active environment of Serve, with the employees averaging around 10 thousand steps per day.

Qualifications:

Some Pickleball experience required. 1 year of customer service
