Front Line Team Member - The Light Park Samuell Farm | 2026
Seasonal Team Pay:
$14.00 per hour
TEAM WANTED!
BRING
THE ENERGY. POWER THE PARK.
The Light Park is opening its newest location at Samuell Farm , and we're looking for great people from the surrounding communities to help us bring it to life. This holiday season, we're bringing something new to the area - Aura . Aura is the magical energy created when people come together to laugh, sing, dance, celebrate, and experience the joy of the holidays. Every smile, cheer, and unforgettable moment helps create the energy that keeps Christmas shining bright. And that's where you come in. We're looking for energetic, dependable, guest-focused people to join our Front Line Team and help bring The Light Park experience to life every night. You won't just be working at a holiday light show. You'll be helping DJ Polar Ice throw the biggest holiday party around and making sure every guest leaves with a little more holiday spirit than when they arrived. Are you ready to bring the Aura?
YOUR ROLE
Front Line Team Members are the face of The Light Park. From the moment a vehicle arrives until the last twinkle of light disappears behind them, you help set the tone for the guest experience. That means bringing energy, solving problems, keeping operations moving, and finding opportunities to turn ordinary interactions into memorable ones.
Our goal is simple:
every interaction should add to the Aura.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Welcome every guest like the party just arrived. Greet guests enthusiastically, engage with them, and help build excitement for the experience ahead. Keep the energy moving. Help direct vehicles and maintain safe, smooth traffic flow throughout the park. Get guests into the experience. Scan and sell tickets quickly and accurately while providing friendly, efficient service. Be a guest experience expert. Answer questions, provide directions, solve problems, and help guests get the most out of their visit. Help guests take some of the magic home. Support merchandise sales with enthusiastic, friendly, no-pressure service. Bring the Aura. Encourage excitement, smiles, laughter, and participation whenever you interact with guests. Communicate. Stay connected with teammates and park leadership so we can respond quickly and keep the entire operation running smoothly. Help build the party. Assist with opening and closing responsibilities and other operational needs throughout the night. Look for the little moments. Sometimes creating an unforgettable experience is as simple as helping a family, making a child laugh, or giving someone an unexpectedly great interaction. Have FUN. If we're having fun, our guests can feel it - and that's where Aura grows best.
WHO WE WANT ON THIS TEAM
The Light Park isn't the kind of place where we want you staring at the clock waiting for your shift to end. We want people who bring the energy. If you're the person who gets your friends laughing, loves meeting new people, isn't afraid to be a little ridiculous, and genuinely enjoys making someone's night better, you'll probably fit right in. Some nights you'll be welcoming families. Some nights you'll be helping keep thousands of cars moving. You might be dancing, hyping up a line of guests, helping at concessions, or jumping in somewhere completely different because that's where the action is. School? Sports? Cheer? Theater? Another job? Talk to us anyway. We're building a large seasonal team with different levels of availability. Even if you can only work one or two nights a week, we still want to hear from you. You do need to be at least 16 years old , have reliable transportation, and be able to work outdoors. Most shifts are evenings, weekends, and holidays. More than anything, we're looking for people who show up, take care of each other, and bring the kind of energy our guests came to experience. High school diploma preferred but not required.
